Sign up now for a creative retreat to Santa Fe with local photographer and artist Kayla Barker.
Registration is now open for encaustic art and photography retreat from Nov. 1-4. Barker has been a creative entrepreneur for almost 15 years. The retreat is for those who love photography or art, need to be reinspired, want to learn photo encaustic art, need a getaway during the busy season, want a glimpse into Barker’s creative process or want to connect with other creatives.
The retreat will feature 3 1/2 days of fun with creatives, photo encaustic workshop time creating pieces, demonstration on how Barker shoots film cameras, photo inspiration walks, visits to galleries, entrance fees into museums, urban sketching and art journaling lessons. Travel and accommodations aren’t included to keep the price low. A vehicle will be needed to get around Santa Fe. Barker also will connect everyone if attendees would like to share a space together.
All supplies will be provided for art portions. Photographers should bring their own cameras. Retreat cost is $1,495 with a deposit of $495 to reserve a spot.
